ORDERING
We accept most major credit cards as well as Paypal. We also ship to most countries, including the USA, Canada, most of Europe, South America and Asia. For more specific information, please see the FAQ sections below.
RESTOCKS AND SOLD OUT ITEMS
Most products are not restocked, so if they are marked SOLD OUT on the shop, they're all gone. We recommend signing up for the 12ozProphet Mailing List and following @12ozprophet on Instagram to get a heads up on new projects and product releases.
STICKERS
We throw a couple free stickers into every order to help make up for shipping costs (the more shipping costs or bigger the order, the more we usually throw in). You can also buy sticker packs on our shop.

All support requests and questions are handled by email, so use the contact page or send us an email directly at [email protected]. Questions are generally handled within 24 hours (usually less), Monday through Friday.

APPAREL SIZING AND ACCURACY
Please see our sizing guide and carefully read all product descriptions before ordering. Your item will most likely be sold out before you have a chance to reorder, but product returns will incur an $8.00 return fee in the USA and $30 return fee outside the USA.
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA
Currently we ship to many countries outside the USA including Canada, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, France, Germany and most of Western Europe. Delivery times and shipping costs vary according to package weight and destination and all costs will be quoted during the checkout process. Please note that for shipments outside the USA, the recipient will be solely responsible for any additional taxes or duties collected by your country, so please investigate this before ordering.
ORDER CONFIRMATIONS
Confirmation emails are sent automatically once an order is placed. If you have not received an order confirmation within 10 minutes, check your junk mail folder or login to your 12ozProphet Shop Account Page to ensure you submitted your email address to us correctly. If it is incorrect, please email [email protected] with your full name and address and we’ll resend your order confirmation.
You can also check the Order History in your Shop Account to verify your order. If the order appears in your order history, we’ve received it and your order is being processed. If you do not see the order in your order history, it was not received by us and you should verify if you've been billed.
Please note that during high traffic periods such as shop and product launches, order confirmation emails can sometimes be delayed so definitely check your account order history before contacting us.
It is your responsibility to ensure the address you provide us is accurate. Please email us at [email protected] immediately if you've noticed you provided a wrong address. Returned packages will incur additional shipping charges to be resent. Unclaimed returns will incur an $12.00 fee in the USA and $30 return fee outside the USA to cover shipping and handling costs.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Unless specifically sold as a PREORDER or PRESALE, all products available for sale on our website are in stock and ready to ship. We will do all we can to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 5 business days. Standard shipping in the USA is sent via US Postal First Class Mail which generally takes 1 – 3 days in transit to its destination. International shipments are subject to longer transit times, customs screening and inland delivery to your address, so please allow up to 10 – 15 business days for standard delivery.
USA SHIPPING COSTS
For orders within the USA, we offer standard US Postal shipping for a flat rate of $7 (3 - 7 days) regardless of order total, size or weight with few exceptions. Items that must ship separately such as banners, prints and skateboards may incur additional costs. Likewise, 12-12-12 series t-shirts also have an incremental up charge to cover costs since those are extremely low margin products. Also, items that must ship separately like skateboards, banners and prints also incur a small uncharge to cover the cost of extra protection and handling. We also offer US Postal next day service, which will be quoted during checkout and is based upon the weight of your order and your delivery address. Currently, orders that total $100 or more, shipped in the USA are free with the exception of skateboards, banners and prints.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
For orders outside the USA, shipping costs vary according to destination, package weight / dimensions and shipping service. To get a quote on shipping costs, just add your items to the cart and proceed with checkout and the cost will be provided before any payment information is requested. We do not mark up costs on international shipping and all prices are quoted in real time by the carrier. That said, we know international shipping can sometimes be costly and try to throw extra stuff with those orders to make up for it.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
Please investigate if your country imposes additional tax or duty charges for orders originating in the USA before ordering. We send all orders insured for their retail value and are required to declare the contents of all packages prior to sending. Any additional charges imposed by your country is 100% your responsibility.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, an email update will be sent to you automatically along with tracking information for the shipment. You can also login to your account and visit the tracking page for your order.
Please follow your order closely as it's your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.
REFUND POLICY AND ORDER CHANGES
All items and orders are carefully inspected before being shipped to ensure quality and accuracy. 12ozProphet will accept exchanges for store credit for the full order amount minus shipping costs only if you notify us by email at [email protected] within 10 business days of carrier delivery (according to carrier tracking data). All merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition and include all tags and packaging in order to qualify for a credit.
Once we receive your request, we will issue you a return authorization number and additional return instructions and your package must be postmarked and sent using an insured and trackable shipping method within 5 business days of receiving your return authorization number. Packages sent without a return authorization number will be refused. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance.
RETURNED DELIVERIES
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the order delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address you provide us is accurate and and that someone is available to receive your delivery.
Generally, the carrier will make three attempts at delivery before holding your package at the station for a limited time and then returning it to 12ozProphet. If you or another adult is not available to sign for the package, it will be your responsibility to contact carrier and arrange for pickup. Packages that are returned due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect shipping addresses as a result of customer error will be incur an additional shipping charge to be resent or incur a 15% restocking fee if not claimed.
Occasionally a carrier will leave your package at the destination if nobody is unavailable to take receipt of the delivery. Please note that once the carrier confirms delivery, it is considered a completed transaction and becomes your responsibility. The carrier will no longer accept claims for lost or stolen packages at that point, so please track your package and ensure someone is available to receive it.
MISSING OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
12ozProphet a package has been handed to a carrier and shipped, it becomes the sole responsibility of the carrier until a confirmed delivery has been made.
All orders are shipped fully insured by the carrier and the buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with carrier for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
FORUM ACCOUNTS VERSUS SHOP ACCOUNTS
To further ensure user privacy, 12ozProphet maintains a separate member databases for our shop and forum sections. As such, we do not associate forum user names with physical addresses or real life identities. We suggest you use two different emails for each section to fully disassociate your 12ozProphet accounts.
RECOVERING LOST FORUM MEMBER ACCOUNTS
If you find ourself completely locked out of the forum as a result of past technical issues and can no longer access the email account you registered with, please email [email protected] for assistance. Include your forum username and the original email account it was registered under in your help request and we'll help you out. All previous forum member account data has been preserved and are recoverable.
FORUM IP LOGS AND MEMBER PRIVACY
12ozProphet takes your personal privacy very seriously. Our forum servers are configured so that logs are purged on a regular schedule and overwritten several times with random data to ensure no previously logged data can be recovered. As such, individual IPs and related data cannot be shared with third parties since the information does not exist long enough to fulfill requests.
